I recently purchased this item to use on my floors. I used it once-- then it would NOT work properly. This simply ran out of STEAM. I made an attempt to contact seller.... no response. I do't recommend this product at all.

I have used a friends Bionaire Steam Mom and it was great. I wanted one for my home and went online with Amazon to shop. The one I selected said that it was a new product and had only been opened to inspect it. I ordered and when I got it the handle had been broken and one of the mops was soiled, indicating that it had been used, broken and put back into the box to sell to some unsuspecting person, namely me.
